- Checking your flight – When you book, we’ll take your flight number and scheduled arrival time so that we can monitor your flight for any delays or early arrivals.
- Waiting time – We usually send the driver into the terminal 15 minutes after actual landing for European flights and 30 minutes for intercontinental flights, unless you specify otherwise. This is to allow you time to clear passport/customs control and for collecting luggage. The driver then stands in the arrivals terminal by airport information with a name board. Thereafter, we offer you an additional 40 minutes waiting time for free.
- Car Park fee – When travelling from the airport we include the car parking fee in the price. The passenger does not have to pay any extra price for parking from the airport.
